2. Build healthy relationships
If we find certain people tend to bring us down, try to spend less time with them, or tell them how we feel about their words or actions. Quite often we can have relationships which we think are positive, however when we look at them properly we may find that we are miserable when around these people, or that we argue with them a lot. It is important that we try to build relationships with people that are positive and who appreciate us for who we are.
