A goal which is SMART gives us control over it by giving us a clear path to follow so we can achieve the things we want to do.
Specific – who, what, where, why.
Measurable – can you measure its success?
Achievable – challenging but not impossible.
Realistic – related to your bigger goal.
Time bound – have a date to achieve it by.
Think of a goal you would like to achieve and write it on a ’Task of the week’ split to take home.
Work with your mentor to make it as SMART as possible.
