If you can take a step back in everyday life to check your current mood you can try different things if you notice it’s not a good mood. A great way to level your mood out is to try the meditation we tried last week, next time you notice your mood isn’t great see if you can fit in a couple of minutes of breathing, listening to relaxing music or watching a short meditation video online it can make a real difference.
