Anxiety and worry
You may also feel really scared about failing in a test or exam. This may make you anxious and worried and could stop you from taking the test, however if you take the test and do not pass, what happens then?
Usually it just means that you have to practice some more and take the test again. This is what is known as resilience. Keeping going, even if you do not get things right the first time. This is how we learn!
