Dealing with Emotions
Some emotions are easier to deal with and understand than others, because we are more used to feeling them and can recognise them easier. During this programme you will learn about comfort zones and how it can often be easier to do things that we are used to doing.
When it comes to emotions, quite often anger is the easiest emotion for us to deal with.
