The Learning Cycle

Learning from our experiences in life is a really important way of improving. The great thing about this is that we will find ourselves becoming happier and having less conflict with others. The learning cycle below can help us understand how this works.

We can use the learning cycle in our everyday lives to improve and learn; if something doesn’t go right the first time, we try again and look at what we can change, this is called ‘trial and error’.

By showing patience, and keeping trying, we can take small steps towards improving how we act and think. Sometimes these things take time; for example learning to read or ride a bike, you do it over and over again until you get it perfect.
